Job Description

CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH. We’re seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across transportation and infrastructure environments. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and operational projects, with a focus on systems integration, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation. Experience in transportation operations is highly valued, and familiarity with electric vehicle (EV) technologies is a strong plus.

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, operations, and transportation systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and external vendors

Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management activities

Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across transportation platforms

Ensure alignment between IT solutions and operational goals, including fleet and logistics systems

Track and report on project milestones, KPIs, and stakeholder communications

Support initiatives related to EV infrastructure, smart mobility, and sustainability technologies

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in transportation or logistics environments

Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and systems integration

Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors

Familiarity with transportation technologies, fleet management systems, or logistics platforms

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience working in Adaptive

PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Exposure to EV infrastructure projects or smart mobility solutions is a plus
