    Job Description

    A client in the Austin, TX area is looking to add a Sr Partnerships Manager to the team! This is a net new role.

     

    In this position, your main responsibility will be evaluating new companies for partnerships within three different verticals - Value Add Resellers, System Integrators, & Procurement Partners. About 75% of your time will be spent researching and vetting partners, while the other 25% of your time will be spent on the enabling process and contractual support. The enabling process will include training partners on their products and ramping them up, while the contractual support will include reviewing contracts and their terms, completing the RFP process, reviewing pricing, etc.

     

    Since this is a new role, an added responsibility while in this position will be to assist in developing the group's key objectives, KPIs, sales goals, and processes.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3+ years of Partnership Management experience

     

    -Experience with contract negotiation and evaluation

     

    -Knowledge of government procurement rules (how to go through RFPs, ROEs for government RFPs, etc.)

     

    -Understanding of deal architecture (ARR, TCV, front loading, tail loading, etc.)

     

    -Experience presenting to C-Level executives Construction or capital improvement experience

     

    Experience managing the onboarding process

     

    Prior PM experience

     

    Rate range for this role is $150k-200k.
