    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and visionary President of IT Services to lead the technology division and drive innovation across all IT and tech operations for a security solutions client in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role is responsible for shaping and executing the companys strategic IT roadmap, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, cloud services, and emerging technologies. A core focus of the position is the design, build-out, and maintenance of advanced residential and commercial networks, including wired/wireless systems, IoT integrations, VPNs, firewalls, and encryption protocolsensuring secure, scalable, and resilient environments that meet the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in high-stakes IT environments, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a commitment to operational excellence. This role also involves managing vendor relationships, driving performance metrics, and serving as the primary technical advisor in client engagements.     Skills and Requirements

     

    15+ years in progressive IT leadership roles

     

    Minimum 10 years specializing in network engineering and architecture within security or tech services

     

    Demonstrated success in executive-level roles, including direct reporting to C-suite executives

     

    Experience managing cross-functional teams

     

    Willingness to travel up to 25% Proficiency in designing and maintaining high-level home and commercial networks

     

    Experience in a security solutions company

     

    Masters degree or MBA preferred

     

    Highly valued certifications: CCIE, CISSP, PMP
