Insight Global is partnering with a Boutique Business Management firm based in Nashville that deals with High Profile and High Net worth individuals specifically in the Movie and Music Industry. We are seeking an Account Manager to join the firms growing business. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, the Full Charge Bookkeeper/Account Manager position requires a foundation in accounting principles such as, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Datafacton/Agilink and Microsoft Excel, is essential for managing financial data effectively. The role involves tasks such as data entry, payroll processing, and general ledger reconciliation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.

Job description For Account Manager

```Duties```

- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts

- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements

- Conducting account analysis and making necessary adjustments

- Processing payroll

- Generating journal entries and posting to the general ledger

Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

- Proficient in using Datafaction/Agilink accounting software

- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices

- Experience in the Music Industry: Touring, Royalties

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

- Solid understanding of payroll processing and related tax requirements

- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

- 2-3 years of Account Manager Experience
