    Job Description

    One of our top Financial clients is looking to add another Senior Internal Auditor to their growing team to support audit planning, execution, and reporting to enhance operational effectiveness. This role delivers risk-based assurance and consulting services aligned with internal audit standards. Audits span financial, operational, and compliance areas to assess controls and identify improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include documenting findings, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions. The auditor collaborates with business units to evaluate governance, risk management, and control processes. Ongoing professional development and certification maintenance are expected.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or other financial area

     

    5+ years of internal audit experience in audit planning, execution, and reporting

     

    Internal Financial Institution/Banking Auditing experience

     

    Experience conducting risk-based audits

     

    Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and ability to learn/apply auditing related software

     

    CIA Certification or willing to acquire with company support “Big 4” public accounting/consulting experience highly desirable

     

    Audit experience with financial institutions highly desirable

     

    Certified Internal Auditor preferred

     

    Certified Public Accountant preferred
