    Job Description

    Insight Global is supporting the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), the largest secretariat in Massachusetts state government. EOHHS oversees 11 agencies and the MassHealth program, delivering critical services across healthcare, human services, and public assistance. This role will specifically support the Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI), which focuses on empowering immigrant communities through access to resources, integration programs, and policy advocacy.

     

    We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst to drive process improvement and system implementation efforts within ORI. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable workflows and documentation, ensuring that program enhancements align with agency goals and stakeholder expectations.

     

    The Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst will work closely with ORI program leads and stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and document workflows that support system and process improvements. They will translate business needs into actionable user stories, coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in social or human services, with a strong background in case management systems, change management, and tools like Salesforce or Monday.com. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, self-sufficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as a Implementation Specialist/ BA ideally within social services or Human Services

    • Case management implementation experience (not MMIS/Medicaid)

    • Experience in change management/training

    • Experience with Salesforce or Monday.com

    • STRONG PERSONAL SKILLS - Must be self-sufficient but also a team player, very personable and interface with stakeholders

     

    LIVES IN MA • CRM implementation background if no salesforce

     

    Salesforce Cloud - case management experience - if they don't have salesforce that's OK
