    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with intermediate Excel skills to support workflow management and work order creation using engineering software. This role is fully on-site and ideal for candidates with experience in regulated industries such as medical coding, utilities, or engineering operations.

     

    Enter and manage data accurately within engineering workflow systems

    Create and track work orders using specialized software

    Perform intermediate-level Excel tasks (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables)

     

    Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across platforms

     

    Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and reporting

     

    Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

     

    Experience with engineering software or similar workflow tools

     

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical coding, utilities, compliance) is a plus

     

    Excellent communication and time management skills

     

    Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record

     

    Must pass a background check and drug screening

     

    Ability to work fully on-site in Marietta, GA
