AdventHealth Waterman is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or APRN) to join our expanding orthopedic team. Located in beautiful Tavares, FL, this opportunity offers the best of both worlds: a high-impact clinical role and an unbeatable lifestyle surrounded by nature, lakes, and easy access to metro hubs like Orlando and Jacksonville.

You'll be joining a well-established practice of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians serving Lake and Sumter Counties. Backed by the nationally recognized AdventHealth Orthopedic Institute, this team offers patients direct access to advanced orthopedic treatments, surgical support, and rehab resources.

What You'll Do

+ First assist in orthopedic surgical procedures

+ Perform hospital rounding at AdventHealth Waterman

+ Maintain a dynamic clinic schedule with onsite ultrasound and X-ray

+ Support a growing practice expanding to multiple community-based offices

+ Collaborate with surgeons, sports medicine specialists, and rehab services

What We're Looking For

+ Strong surgical experience, preferably in orthopedics

+ Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

+ Team player with a patient-first mindset and excellent communication skills

+ Active Florida PA or APRN license (or ability to obtain)

+ DEA license required or ability to secure
