Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate

Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate

Line feeds as required

Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP

Perform all required quality checks

Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1 st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.)

Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctly

Perform first piece inspection

Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area

Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed

Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation

Perform any other duties as specified
