About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Automation Tester with a strong background in test automation, agile methodologies, and modern testing frameworks. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications by designing and executing robust automated test solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment and contribute both as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) and an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Selenium-WebDriverIO and JavaScript.

+ Implement automated tests for APIs and front-end applications using tools like NodeJS, Jenkins, and GitLab.

+ Collaborate with developers and QA engineers in Agile teams to achieve In-Sprint automation.

+ Utilize Allure Reports, Jira, Xray, and Confluence for test management and reporting.

+ Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive solutions.

+ Follow object-oriented programming principles to build reusable and maintainable test code.

+ Support continuous integration and delivery processes through automation best practices.

+ Ensure high quality in all deliverables and actively participate in design and code reviews.

What We’re Looking For

+ 10–12 years of experience, with a primary focus on test automation.

+ Hands-on experience in Selenium-WebDriverIO, JavaScript, and NodeJS.

+ Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, API Testing, Allure Reports, and Agile methodologies.

+ Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and automation framework development.

+ Ability to work independently as an SDET and drive testing initiatives end to end.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Familiarity with Playwright automation, GCP, and database automation is a plus.

+ Experience in the insurance domain is a strong advantage.
