    About the Role: Dishwasher

     

    As an Dishwasher, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at The Summit in Bettendorf.

    As a Dishwasher, you will:

    + Supports the culinary team by following cleaning and sanitizing standards

    + Ensures all kitchen items are properly stored

    + Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes daily using chef-approved recipes that highlight your culinary skills.

    + Collaborate with Chefs and Food & Beverage Directors while gaining hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.

    + Monitor food quality, manage portions, and act quickly to ensure every plate meets our service excellence.

    + Follow proper sanitation and waste control practices, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable kitchen.
