Director, Total Rewards (1-2 direct reports)
We’re looking for a **Director of Total Rewards** to own all things **global compensation and benefits** . You’ll design and deliver rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and inspire our people to do their best work — no matter where in the world they are.
What you’ll do:
+ Lead our global compensation strategy — salary structures, incentives, equity, and more.
+ Oversee benefits programs worldwide, ensuring they’re cost-effective, competitive, and valued.
+ Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) from start to finish.
+ Partner with leaders and HRBPs on offers, promotions, and pay decisions.
+ Use data to evaluate program impact and guide decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
+ 8+ years in HR, with deep compensation & benefits leadership experience.
+ Proven track record running rewards programs across multiple countries.
+ Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into action.
+ Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
