    Our San Rafael, CA Hand Therapy location is looking for a dynamic outpatient occupational therapist that has experience with treating a hand/elbow case load. You will have the opportunity to work directly alongside a CHT in this Hand Specialty clinic. We are looking for per diem coverage with a flexible schedule to meet your needs.     **Hourly rate starting at: $60.00/hr up to $70.00/hr** (Commensurate with experience)

    Responsibilities

    + **Collaboration:** Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.

    + **High Standard of Care:** Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB,clinician expertise, patient perception).

    + **Personalized Treatment:** Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.

    + **Relationship-Building:** Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy

    + CPR certification

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Minimum 1 yr exp in hands

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic

    + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
