**Pay Range:** $41.44 - $60.14 per hour

Job Summary:
The Manager of the Center for Trauma Recovery (CTR) will lead the development, expansion, and oversight of innovative, evidence-based clinical programs that offer both virtual and in-person accelerated treatments for individuals impacted by trauma. This leadership role blends strategic vision, operational execution, and clinical excellence to ensure that services are accessible, effective, and scalable. The Manager will work closely with the research and clinical leadership team to enhance care delivery, grow the program’s reach, and support CTR’s sustainability through partnership, philanthropy, and impact-driven innovation.
Required Job Qualifications:
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology (or related field) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed to practice independently; PSYPACT eligibility or participation preferred.
• Experience developing or managing evidence-based clinical programs.
• Deep understanding of trauma-related mental health conditions and brief, structured treatment models.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience in clinical or academic settings.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver brief, high-frequency trauma treatments in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats.
• Align services with CTR’s mission and ensure they are scalable, adaptable, and high-quality.
• Manage daily operations, including workflows, documentation, quality, and patient experience.
• Lead strategic planning to support growth, research, and community impact.
• Monitor service metrics and staffing in collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
• Represent CTR in public and professional settings to promote services and impact.
• Identify and pursue new community engagement and referral opportunities.
• Work with Philanthropy and Grants teams to secure and manage funding.
• Contribute to grant proposals, impact reports, and donor engagement.
• Recruit, supervise, and support a diverse clinical team.
• Ensure fair workloads and adequate staffing for all care models.
• Maintain licensure and provide limited direct care, including CPT.
• Offer clinical coverage as needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate on research, publications, and program evaluation.
• Support training of interns, fellows, and residents.
