At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals needing support with daily living activities. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated caregivers to join us. We are urgently hiring full-time caregivers to assist a couple in Katy, TX (77450). This position involves 12-hour shifts on both weekdays and weekends. Position Details: * Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Katy, TX 77450) * Shifts Available: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (weekdays and weekends) Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive care following the supervisor’s care plan, including: * Assisting with daily living activities (meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, companionship) * Administering scheduled medications and tracking compliance * Assisting with breathing treatments (oxygen tanks, nebulizer) * Monitor and document clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns promptly. * Assist with errands or transportation as needed. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care. Requirements: * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Prior caregiving experience required (experience with seniors strongly preferred). * Familiarity with breathing treatments (oxygen tanks, nebulizers) and medication administration. * Ability to pass a background check and reference check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients. * Must be willing to work full-time 12-hour shifts on both weekdays and weekends. * Comfortable working in a home environment with two clients. * Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
