Description

We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our law firm client's team in Ambler, Pennsylvania (Greater Philadelphia, Bucks County). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil litigation and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all legal procedures are followed.

• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and interrogations.

• Provide legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns and offering strategic solutions.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting arguments and evidence effectively.

• Research and analyze complex legal issues to support case strategies.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to develop case approaches.

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal legal regulations.

• Manage case files, ensuring documentation is organized and up-to-date.

• Stay informed of changes in laws and legal precedents to enhance practice knowledge.

Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Active bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.

• Proficiency in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogations.

• Graduation from an accredited law school.

• Exceptional analytical and research abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
