    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare comprehensive federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on complex tax matters to provide accurate solutions.

    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely completion while maintaining high standards.

    • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable service.

    • Mentor and guide entry-level staff, fostering their growth and skill development.

    • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and oversee their progress to ensure successful outcomes.

    • Stay updated on tax regulations and industry trends to enhance knowledge and performance.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in preparing individual and corporate tax returns.

    • Proficiency in using tax preparation software such as CCH ProSystem Fx.

    • Strong analytical skills to research and resolve complex tax issues.

    • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

    • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

    • Ability to mentor and delegate tasks to less experienced staff.

    • Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.

    • Commitment to continuous learning and focused development in the field of taxation.
