Job Title: Fulfillment Warehouse Associate

Employment Type: Seasonal

Shift and Pay rates: 1 _st_ $20/hour - 6 AM to 2:30 PM; 2 _nd_ - $22/hour -2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; 3 _rd_ $23/hour - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

** BONUS - $1,000 paid in 2 installments - payable based on performance and attendance

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders. This position supports the smooth operation of warehouse logistics and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and store incoming inventory in designated areas

• Pick items from shelves based on customer orders

• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing

• Safely and efficiently pack items for shipment

• Print and apply shipping labels

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics preferred

• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• The ability to demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms

• Demonstrated hand/eye coordination

• Flexibility to meet rotational shift changes, as required

• Set-up of assigned machine(s) to ensure daily production goals are met

• Coordination of product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies

• Picking orders by paying attention to details and packing following guidelines for safe shipping and excellent customer experience.

• Assist with problem solving to ensure minimal down time

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
