Now Hiring: Echo Tech (Sonographer) – Variable 8 hr. Shifts | Rotating Weekends (40 hours a week)

Pay Range for this opportunity: $56.00 - $90.00 per hour DOE

Are you an experienced **Echo Tech (Sonographer)** who loves a challenge and thrives in a dynamic care setting? Join our diagnostic imaging team where every scan has the potential to change a life. You’ll be the go-to expert for conducting high-quality sonographic procedures that help unlock the answers patients need — all while working alongside some of the best in the field.
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Operate state-of-the-art **ultrasound and Doppler equipment** to perform a wide range of sonographic studies
+ Gather high-quality diagnostic images to assist physicians in clinical decision-making
+ Explain procedures clearly and support patients throughout their exams
+ Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment — keeping everything patient-ready
+ Document your observations and capture the images needed for physician interpretation
+ Handle and clean probes/equipment using proper infection prevention protocols
+ Load prior studies and compare images using **PACS and Kinetdx systems**
+ Keep accurate records for procedures, billing, and even research support when needed
+ Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and care teams for seamless patient care
Types of Scans You’ll Perform:
+ General abdominal, OB-GYN, and small parts
+ Limited vascular studies (e.g., hepatic/portal veins, renal transplant arteries/veins)
+ Basic Doppler scans, including documentation of spectral/color imaging at proper settings
What You Bring to the Table:
**Registered with ARDMS** – Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Ability to perform a wide range of ultrasound procedures with accuracy and confidence
Strong communication skills — with patients and teammates alike
Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and ultrasound physics
Comfort with interpreting charts, patient histories, and physician notes
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Experience with PACS and digital imaging systems
A strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and pride in your work
** MUST have RCS or RDCS
Bonus Points If You Have:
+ Experience in a fast-paced clinical or hospital environment
+ Comfort supporting research or evaluating new imaging technologies
+ A cool head in high-pressure situations and a collaborative spirit

**Pay Details:** $56.00 to $90.00 per hour
