    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

    * **Create a structured cost budget for each home based on basic bids, contract pricing and upgraded item processing

    * Run each home with options and item numbers in different cost codes to create report of overall profit for production of each job

    * Use report for true cost of goods to ensure PMI is high and resources are high quality

    *Education and/or Experience*

    **Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
