    The Role at a glance:

    We are excited to bring a versatile cafe attendant to our Constellation team at Hogan Lovells in New York, NY. As a Constellation Cafe attendant, you will have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele daily, providing delicious food and beverage items and friendly customer service.

    What you'll be doing:

    + To be able to communicate with his/her colleagues during the service

    + To participate in running of an efficient and profitable operation in the areas for which you are responsible for.

    + To assist the Manager consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times

    + Oversees the operation and sets-up a station/section.

    + To coordinate the service of food and beverage efficiently and accurately.

    + To report and follow up all maintenance defaults affecting efficient and professional delivery of service.

    + To respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager/assistant, followed by effective communication.

    + To perform and check all duties related to cafe opening/closing check list.

    + Performs all other related duties as assigned by management

    What we're looking for:

    _Must-haves:_

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Excellent communication and computer skills.

    + Knowledge of food storage and safety procedures.

    _Nice-to-haves:_

    + At least one years’ experience in a foodservice environment.

     

    Compensation Range

     

    $20-$24 an hour.
