What You’ll Do
+ Provide care across reconstructive, cosmetic, and hand surgery (basic hand procedures and shared call with orthopedics are central to this role)
+ Walk into a ready-made referral base supported by primary care and surgical colleagues
+ Build a balanced practice with cases in both hospital and ambulatory surgery settings
+ Collaborate across general, vascular, and breast surgery to deliver seamless care

The Essentials
+ Hand Surgery Fellowship – Required
+ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
+ Eligible for a New York State Medical License
+ Passion for patient-first care and teamwork

+ $400K–$500K Base + Incentives

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
