    Staff Accountant

     

    System One is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join a client here in Tulsa. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is eager to contribute, grow, and make an impact in a supportive environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

    + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

    + Perform account reconciliations and journal entries

    + Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

    + Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements

    + Analyze financial data and provide reporting as needed

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    + 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles considered)

    + Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or as part of a team
