+ Oversee end-to-end video production workflows, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.

+ Optimize content for platform-specific performance, leveraging analytics, SEO strategies, and audience insights to increase discoverability and impact.

+ Manage and mentor a team of video producers, editors, and content associates, ensuring high-quality production and efficient execution.

+ Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-platform content expansion, integrating digital video with editorial, social, and linear storytelling.

+ Collaborate with internal partners across ESPN, Disney, and third-party platforms to align Andscape’s video strategy with broader company objectives.

+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess content success, implementing data-driven improvements in production and distribution.

    Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in digital video production, video content strategy, or digital media management.

+ Strong creative storytelling skills with the ability to develop compelling, innovative content formats.

+ Expertise in YouTube content strategy, including video SEO, audience retention techniques, and monetization best practices.

+ Proficiency in video production workflows, including camera operation, shooting, and non-linear editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.).

+ Experience working in digital-first and mobile-first production environments.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative execution with operational efficiency.

+ Deep understanding of Black culture, sports, and storytelling, ensuring culturally authentic and engaging content.

+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience developing long-form and short-form video content tailored for different platforms.
