Job Overview

Intuit's Consumer Group is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses manage their taxes with ease and confidence. The group's vision is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their tax situation, can complete their taxes efficiently and access their money quickly. The Consumer group is responsible for the development and management of TurboTax, a leading tax preparation software that supports both do-it-yourself and assisted modes of tax preparation. The group focuses on creating seamless and innovative tax filing experiences, leveraging AI and GenAI technologies to transform the process.

Come join the CG Program Management Office as a Senior Technical Program Manager. We are looking for creative problem solvers to serve as program leaders, with responsibility for overall program delivery and success. Help the team continue to develop and manage our highest impact programs to accelerate our mission of powering prosperity around the world.

What you'll bring

+ Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading well defined small-medium sized technology focused programs

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at group manager and director level

+ Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs

+ Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering

+ S. in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience

+ CSM, agile training and agile experience preferred

+ PMP or MBA strongly preferred

+ Able to ask the right questions to help identify technical gaps and facilitate decisioning process

+ Contribute to the program strategy and and deliver results as aligned with strategy

+ Prioritize within the project or program and surface trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders

+ Demonstrate end-to-end thinking: Bring all of the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, execution, technology, and customer needs
