    Job Summary:

    The Rental Supervisor manages the overall day-to-day operation of all Ski/Snowboard rentals. This position is responsible staff performance, guest service, inventory control, store appearance and financial management. The rental supervisor acts as the manager-on-duty when the manager or assistant manager are absent, and oversees all store operations.

    The retail/rental manager’s responsibilities includes:

    + Manager on duty (when manager or assistant manager or not present), overseeing all aspects of all retail/rental operations

    + Manages through uncertainty and change positively

    + Manages a team of up to 15 frontline staff

    + Provides an important piece of our guests’ experience of a lifetime while in our resort by maintaining a strong culture of guest service

    Job Specifications:

    + Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr

    + Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026

    + Shift Type: Full Time hours available

    + Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

    + Housing Availability: Yes

    Job responsibilities:

    + Responsible for opening and closing store

    + Manage retail and rental inventory controls, and meet or exceed inventory goals

    + Enforce company policies and procedures, and loss prevention techniques

    + Demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service

    + Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products

    + Maintain retail merchandising standards

    + Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise

    + Driving professional development in yourself as well as others

    + Administrative duties

    + Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    + Ability to communicate fluently in English with co-workers and guests

    + Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry

    + Commitment to exceptional customer service

    + Basic computer skills and Microsoft application

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends – required

    + Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

     

    The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.23/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
