As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing, and infrastructure development.

Performs incoming inspection on large and small cast and machined parts to prescribed tolerances using measuring equipment and referencing drawings. Works in MRP program to log inspection results and edit inspection requirements when necessary. Collects and reports Supplier performance data. Follows documented inspection criteria and frequency and will be involved in editing and updating documentation when required. Works in a manufacturing environment and shipping dock with long-term standing and bending. Must be able to work independently.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)

+ Incoming Inspection utilizing inspection tools; caliper, micrometer, etc.

+ Final Inspection of finished goods; visual, dimensional, etc.

+ SAP recording of above inspection

+ Inspect and dimensionally check parts for PPAP, investigation, Testing, etc.

+ Inspect material certs for incoming and in process materials

+ Read drawings for, dimension, testing requirements, etc.

+ Review and address customer concerns in ADD.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned. *

Special Location/Position Requirements:

Jacksonville, AR

Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.)

+ 3-5 years Manufacturing experience.

+ 2 years QC or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.

+ SAP experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

High School/GED required.

Vocational school preferred.

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

Daily exposure to shop and shipping dock conditions, which are variable depending on the task assigned, but are generally dirty. Is subject to shop noise. Involves extensive standing and walking. Skin and eyes are subject to drying and irritating fumes, vapors and solutions controlled to OSHA standards. Works both in and outdoors with sometimes dusty work areas when in the shop/lab.
