+ Client Success: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

+ Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the quality of service delivery through detailed inspections and feedback channels, always striving for excellence.

+ Drive Growth: Look for opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, showcasing the full range of solutions City Wide has to offer.

+ Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team and contractors to ensure that contracts are fulfilled and that our clients are thrilled with our services!

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service, particularly in a B2B environment.

+ Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with a proactive, customer-centric attitude.

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to interact confidently with clients and team members.

+ A team player who collaborates well with others and contributes to a fun, energetic work environment.

+ Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
