Chef Manager – Corporate Dining | Sodexo @ Acushnet (Lakeville, MA)

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a **dynamic and hands-on Chef Manager** to lead our culinary operations at one of our **Acushnet locations in Lakeville, MA** , In addition, the **Chef Manager** will support the Grab and Go program for another location 10 minutes away. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate food service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment.

What You’ll Oversee:

+ A **corporate café** serving breakfast and lunch and open from 8am to 3pm

+ **Catering services** for meetings and events

+ A **24/7 micro-market** (unmanned)

As the **sole salaried manager on-site** , you’ll be responsible for the full scope of daily operations, leading a dedicated team of **3 hourly staff** (2 cooks and 1 utility worker).

Incentives

M-F 6:30am to 3:30pm schedule with very rare evenings and no weekends

What You'll Do

+ Lead and inspire your team with strong kitchen leadership

+ Execute and adapt corporate menus with creativity and precision

+ Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls

+ Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

+ Balance **hands-on culinary work (60%)** with **administrative duties (40%)**

+ Plan menus and coordinate catering events

+ Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
