    Job Description

    Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

    + **Develop an understanding of DFA’s business and milk marketing network** : Complete rotations among various business units in the Northeast

    + **Conduct analysis projects** : Use tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI to extract, collect, and modify internal and external data as assigned

    + **Engage in daily operations** : Support weekly and monthly reporting along with ongoing long-term projects.

    + **Collaborate on research projects** : Work with multiple departments to complete research projects and present evidence-based findings to management

    + **Participate in industry events** : Network with DFA staff and external stakeholders at cooperative and industry events

    Requirements

    **Educational Requirements:** Junior or Senior in Fall 2026

     

    (ex. Soph., Junior)

     

    **Desired Degree Focus:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Business Management, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science or Dairy Science
