    Overview

     

    LePub NY is looking for a proven Account Leader to join their growing team. This critical account role is a key client partner leading a variety of workstreams and will work collaboratively with partners in strategy, creative, project management, production, and regional leaders on exciting, breakthrough work.

    Responsibilities

    + Team player with ability to get results & create momentum through teamwork with internal teams, external teams, and global agency partners, providing business and consumer insight, to help deliver seamless, breakthrough, on-strategy, and on-time work.

    + Act as a primary day-to-day client contact across several large-scale projects, managing the client relationships daily

    + Lead teams through centralized research, qualification, creative, production for a variety of projects

    + Anticipate project and/or client needs to always be one step ahead daily of what needs to be accomplished.

    + Inspire Agency and Client confidence and seek opportunities to advance the client relationship and build agency business

    Qualifications

    SKILLS:

    + This person must be highly adaptable and feel comfortable switching gears whether that’s jumping into a new client relationship or toggling across different projects and workstreams.

    + Superb written and verbal presentation skills - a clear communicator with the ability to motivate and guide others

    + Proactive and strategic problem solver.

    + A problem solver that is solutions oriented and gets excited by big problems and tackling new challenges that don’t have a clear proven path

    + Enthusiastic collaborator who enjoys working with other people and has the drive to make things happen in partnership with others.

    + Given the startup nature of our agency, this person must have the ability to toggle between altitudes and jump in on responsibilities typically managed by an AE/AS while also in other instances stretching beyond role and punching above their weight.

    Qualifications

    + 6-8 years of account management experience

    + Hands on integrated production experience across channels

    + Account team leader/senior client advisor

    + Project management expert

    + Experience in a supervisory role

    + Ability to manage multiple major client relationships with multiple workstreams

    + Ability to manage a complex, fluid business.

    + Superb written and verbal presentation skills - a clear communicator with the ability to motivate and guide others

    + Proactive, solution-oriented, strategic problem solver

    + Enthusiastic collaborator who enjoys working with other people and has the drive to make things happen in partnership with others.

    + Proven experience with integrated production and ability to lead productions independently

    Compensation Range: $95,950.00- $150,995.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
