Job Description:

Product Manager: CDM Operational Excellence Customer Data Marts (CDM) is part of the Customer 360 Portfolio. CDM team is looking for a Product Manager with hands on experience using Lean and Agile methodologies to develop products to support Operational Excellence, Data Discovery, Dashboard & UI development for CDM Data Products supporting Marketing and Sales, FCSD, High Speed Modelling and Marketing and Service Campaign teams. Product Manager will be part of the CDM product teams and will collaborate with Product Owners, Software & Data Engineers, user groups and other relevant teams to build, scalable products. Role:

+ Responsible for creating product vision that drives tangible business impact, focusing on business relevant KPIs for a broad product area with organization level impact

+ Owns and drives the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant product line or multiple complex products

+ Falls in love with the business problem and keeps customer success at the forefront of their decisions within their organization

+ Acts as a strategic thought leader, defining and executing on critical initiatives that align with broad business goals and potentially across organizational boundaries

+ Mentors and guides other Product Managers, influencing the overall product practice

+ Ruthlessly drives prioritization across their products to only do what matters within their business area, challenging priorities and elevating to leadership for review Responsibilities

+ Act on product vision, OKRs, and quarterly roadmaps for the C360 platform set by the LL6.

+ Prioritize features that improve data quality, privacy compliance, and operational maturity.

+ Partner with data engineering and architecture to design scalable ingestion, matching, and enrichment pipelines.

+ Define and monitor product metrics (freshness, accuracy, validity, null, empty)

+ Evangelize C360 across the enterprise; run demos, training, and release notes.

+ Manage JIRA, resource and user story allocation within the team.

+ Gatekeeper for entire CDM to adhere to operational guidelines.

+ Oversee the design, development, and deployment of products that optimize business processes, drive automation, and improve product quality.

+ Ensure that projects are scalable, reliable, and integrated into existing IT systems.

+ Work closely with product teams, data analytics, and business to identify and business use cases

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics).

+ 7+ years of progressive responsibilities in Information Technology (IT) - With 5+ years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design, engineering, and manufacturing domains.

+ Experience in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP

+ Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in Product Driven Organization (PDO) would be beneficial.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions.

+ Good analytical skills, a process-driven work style, and the ability to think strategically. - Ability to develop detailed customer, IT, and data-driven process flows.

+ Strong team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
