    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, and screens

    + Weld and fabricate components to support plant operations and equipment reliability

    + Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations

    + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and welding proficiency

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

    + Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures

    + Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment

    + Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
