    Mozaic is searching for a Site Supervisor for Day Hab/Day Services in Cayuga County to join our growing team of professionals. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.

    Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

    As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and training a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring they are fully equipped to provide exceptional care and support. You will play a key role in upholding compliance with agency policies and state regulations, while always safeguarding the rights of program participants. With a focus on individualized care, you'll oversee the completion of activities outlined in each person's Life Plan and coordinate engaging daily experiences that enrich their lives. Beyond team supervision, you'll manage program budgets and financial documentation, all while fostering strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, local businesses, and service providers.     Site Supervisor Qualifications:

    + High school diploma/GED required.

    + Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

    + Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.

    + Basic computer skills.

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility is Required)

     

    Salary Range : $20.25 to $22.00 Per hour
