At Fluke, we build tools that empower professionals to keep the world up and running. Our Pressure Calibration team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) that support our industry-leading calibration products.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise in electronics will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products used by engineers and technicians around the globe.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Analyzes schematics for troubleshooting circuits

+ Utilizes test equipment to test and repair circuit board assemblies

+ Assists and supports production in testing of PCAs

+ Work with buyers and material planners to improve supplier quality.

+ Develop test setups and troubleshooting setups

+ Document processes, test results and troubleshooting steps

Basic Qualifications:

+ Vocational or technical training in electronics field, or an associate's degree in a related field

+ Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair or testing, surface-mount soldering

+ Proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g., digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

+ Clear communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associates or BS degree in electronics or military equivalent

+ IPC 610 Certification
