Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

**Pay Range:** $64,043.20 annually

**Shift:** Hourly Full-Time

What's the Job?

+ Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, and repositioning components

+ Support plant operations by performing emergency and breakdown maintenance as needed

+ Reference equipment manuals and technical literature to ensure proper repairs and installations

+ Work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results

+ Accurately use measurement and test equipment to troubleshoot and solve problems

What's Needed?

+ At least 5 years of industrial electrical experience and/or a 2-year Industrial Electrical Degree

+ Ability to perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system repairs

+ Proficiency in using measurement devices and test equipment accurately

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills to keep supervision informed of issues

+ Commitment to maintaining a food-safe processing environment and waste reduction practices
