Our client, manufacturing in the food sector is seeking an EHS Manager to join their team. As an EHS Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proactive leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety culture which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** EHS Manager

What's the Job?

+ Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures.

+ Lead safety risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and implement controls to mitigate risks.

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards and maintain necessary permits and reports.

+ Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent future issues.

+ Conduct safety training sessions for all employees, including onboarding and refresher courses.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

+ Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and environmental laws.

+ Strong hazard identification, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS data management systems.
