    AN ESTIMATING MANAGER AT B STREET COLLISION IS UNLIKE A TRADITIONAL BODY SHOP OFFICE MANAGER!

     

    + Train new Estimators on processes and procedures

    + Manage daily front office processes and support Estimating team

    + Partner with Shop Manager to ensure open communication from Office to Shop

    + No ordering parts! B Street has an individual that processes parts ordering for each location

    + No writing supplements

    + Knowledge of Insurance Industry procedures

    + Knowledge of what to do after a vehicle accident

    + Blueprinting the related / unrelated damage

    + Photograph the vehicle and enter admin data into estimating system

    + Write total losses estimates

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once

    HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

    + Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm

    + A minimum of 2 years in the auto body, dealership, and/or automotive industry required

    + Knowledge of any estimating system

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude

    + You must have a valid driver's license

    This is a full time position

     

    Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
