    + Prep vehicle efficiently

    + High quality production painting

    + Knowledgeable about paint ready body work

    + Buff paint imperfections

    + Color match and blending of color

    + Maintain clean and organized environment

    HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

    + Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule

    + Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds

    + You must have a valid driver's license

    + Must provide own Paint Guns, Sander, and Hand Tools - (large equipment provided)

    + Teamwork and Communication skills

    + Self-accountable and Integrity
