Your Impact:
Municipalities and agencies in the region have embarked on the implementation of major programs to significantly increase resiliency, reduce flooding and sewer overflows, and improve water quality. As a valued member of our Water Resources Team in Philadelphia, you’ll have the chance to support the delivery of some of the largest and most innovative resiliency and stormwater programs in the region, and beyond. In a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, you'll gain experience evaluating and selecting the best approaches to solve a client’s challenges - analyzing, modeling, planning and designing significant resiliency, flood mitigation, and stormwater improvements. We’d look to you to closely support and work directly with clients through the life of projects and programs, from studies, planning, design, compliance and permitting, and construction support. You will have the opportunity to manage project tasks and provide technical oversight, mentoring, and guidance to early-career staff in a collaborative working environment.

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering
* Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, and ability to obtain Pennsylvania PE
* 10 to 15 years of technical and task management experience delivering flood analysis and mitigation and water resources projects
* Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater and related software
* Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, team-oriented work and mentoring practices, data analysis & technical problem solving, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interest and enthusiasm for mentoring junior staff
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
* Master’s degree in Engineering or Related Field
* Philadelphia region work experience and strong network
