    Responsibilities for a Commissioning Specialist include but are not limited to:

    + Collaborate on the development and implementation of the **commissioning process** with sales, engineering, and construction teams.

    + Coordinate and direct commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to **project schedules and budgets** .

    + Write and execute **functional performance test procedures** for equipment and systems, including **HVAC and Building Controls** .

    + Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, equipment checklists, and final **commissioning reports** .

    Candidates for Commissioning Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + **Five or more years** of field experience with **HVAC controls** and commissioning for commercial/industrial projects.

    + Strong technical background in **building automation and control systems** , with the ability to review **sequence of operations** and perform **point-to-point commissioning** .

    + Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** and other **commissioning tools and technologies** .

    + A valid driver's license and the ability to travel **80-90%** of the time.

    **Pay Details:** $49.00 per hour
