    Now Hiring: Technical Support / Business Analyst (In-Person – Colorado Residents Only)

     

    _Location: Greeley, Colorado (On-Site Only)_

     

    _Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience_

     

    Are you a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills and a knack for business analysis? We're looking for a **Technical Support / Business Analyst** to join our team! This role requires both independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, support internal/external users, and maintain existing applications.

    Important:

    + **Must currently reside in Colorado**

    + **Must live within commuting distance of Greeley, CO**

    + **All interviews are conducted in person**

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Analysis

    + Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

    + Create business requirement documents, functional specs, and process flows

    + Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities

    + Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of business needs and technical execution

    + Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making

    Technical Support / Help Desk

    + Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and networks

    + Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues using a ticketing system

    + Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure follow-through

    + Maintain clear user documentation and technical guides

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Information Systems or a related field

    + Strong data analysis and process-oriented mindset

    + Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly

    + Highly organized with excellent public-speaking and writing skills

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

    + Team player with a positive attitude and international collaboration experience

    Preferred (Not Required)

    + Experience with E-Commerce, procurement, or sourcing

    + ERP and SAP systems experience

    + Spanish or Portuguese language skills

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
