• Multi-Slide Machine Operator

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Multi Slide/4-Slide Machine Operator** to operate and maintain four-slide forming machines used in the manufacturing of precision metal components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical forming machines and a solid understanding of metalworking processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate 4-slide (multi-slide) machines to produce metal parts to specification.

    + Adjust machine settings, feeds, and tooling for different production runs.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

    + Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality standards.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    + Work closely with team leads and quality control to improve production efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

    + 2+ years of experience operating 4-slide or similar metal forming machines (e.g., Baird, Nilson, or Waterbury machines).

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

    + Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

    + Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    + Experience with custom tooling setups and machine adjustments.

    + Familiarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing practices.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
