Position Summary

Evaluates information risks across the enterprise and leads remediation efforts. Identifies risk reduction opportunities and documents remediation options, including risk acceptance or mitigation strategies.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Addresses questions from internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.

+ Maintains policies, procedures, and standards within the governance, risk, and compliance tool to align with the security framework.

+ Manages policy exceptions and tracks remediation efforts.

+ Investigates, analyzes, and documents security incidents.

+ Develops and maintains a comprehensive runbook catalog.

+ Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security policies and continuous improvement in security practices.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of cyber security experience.

+ Knowledge of technical infrastructure, networks, databases, and information technology security systems.

+ Proficiency in malware analysis, intrusion prevention systems, security information management, and security assessments.
