    Job Title: LMS Web and Software Developer

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time Contract- 52 weeks

    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web and Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications that support a Learning Management System (LMS) focused on Parts, Service, and Technical Training. This role also contributes to special projects and ensures timely updates and troubleshooting for training platforms used by dealer management and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications supporting the LMS.

    + Support special projects with custom application development.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal systems teams.

    + Document development processes and maintain technical documentation.

    + Implement updates to applications and backend systems to support new training requirements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Required Experience:

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in web development.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.

    + Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency in JavaScript (including React)

    + Experience with C, C++, and C#

    + Familiarity with Java and Python (preferred)

    + Node.js, HTML5, CSS

    + GitHub version control

    + Google Firebase

    + SQL, JSON, XML

    + Responsive web design and clean, well-documented code

    Additional Skills:

    + Strong multitasking and analytical abilities

    + Excellent written and verbal communication

    + Proficiency with PC-based applications (e.g., MS Office, CICS, iN)

    + Knowledge of automotive product lines is beneficial
