Description We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Recruiter - Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for an investment advisory firm, ensuring candidates align with business needs and company culture. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful recruiting activities, from career fairs to interviews, in a dynamic and detail-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract potential candidates and enhance the company's visibility.

• Assist with the organization and execution of on-site interviews, ensuring a smooth and detail-focused process.

• Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the hiring process.

• Provide insights into market trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment practices as needed.

• Develop strong relationships with candidates, fostering positive experiences throughout the hiring journey.

• Implement best practices for hiring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Partner with team members to support broader talent acquisition initiatives and goals. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within the investment advisory or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conduct thorough phone screens.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies to streamline talent acquisition.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitment.
