Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team for an Oracle

Cloud implementation project. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and

delivery of the Oracle Cloud implementation within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the project's objectives are met and the desired

business outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project management of the Oracle Cloud implementation, including project planning,

resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource

requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team

members and stakeholders.

Regularly communicate project progress, key milestones, risks, and issues to the executive steering

committee in a clear and concise manner.

Proactively manage project scope by clearly defining project objectives, deliverables, and constraints, and

seeking approval from the executive steering committee for any scope changes.

Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize

impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to

stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout

the project lifecycle.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective teamwork, motivation, and

accountability.

Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous

process enhancements for future projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

15+ years of Oracle ERP experience consisting of at least 3+ years of Project Management experience in

managing Oracle Cloud implementations.

Experience working with System Integration partners implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions

Must have managed three to five end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM end-to-end lifecycle implementation

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud functionalities and its impact on business processes.

Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional

teams.
