    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

    * Excellent communication with clients

    * Tracking of progress and setting of goals with clients

    * Ability to organize and manage time in an efficient manner

    * Inputting of data into various computer programs and ability to analyze basicspreadsheets

    * Must be able to work well with others

    *Education and/or Experience*

    * Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience an/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    * General knowledge of credit and the home buying process isbeneficial.

    * Loan Officer License may be required.
