Site Supervisor

Industry:** **Pharmaceutical / Medical Device Manufacturing

Salary:** **$70–80K + Bonus + Benefits + Profit Sharing

Schedule:** **M–F, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional weekends/evenings)

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our 33,000 sq ft GMP-compliant manufacturing facility in Mundelein, IL. This role ensures production, quality, and safety standards are met while supervising a team of 8–12 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead site operations, production scheduling, and workflow planning

+ Supervise and coach manufacturing staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMP

+ Support quality initiatives, non-conformance investigations, and corrective actions

+ Develop PPE protocols, enforce safety standards, and maintain documentation

+ Coordinate with Director of Operations and cross-site teams as needed

+ Assist with audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:

+ BS in Science, Engineering, or related field

+ 5+ years in GMP-regulated manufacturing (Pharma or Med Device preferred)

+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Proficiency in SOP development and quality systems

**Growth potential:** This role may grow into a **Site Manager** position.
