    As a Parts Correspondent...

     

    You'll work on a great team that processes inquiries and order requests for parts and materials, mostly through email. You'll work with our external customers and technicians to ensure their parts are received as soon as you can get them. Sourcing, research, follow-up and a great attitude make for a great Parts Correspondent. If you like being the go-to guy and making your customers happy, we'd like to talk to you.

    * Min. one year working customer service, preferably in parts retail or parts distribution setting

    * Savvy internet research skills

    * Previous experience working with parts ID numbers and manuals

    * Intermediate Microsoft Outlook experience

    * You can compose a nice email free of mistakes, misspellings and grammatical errors

    * Great attitude working with customers
